The Lev'Quinoa My Life Gluten is a fermentable preparation with organic quinoa, ideal for preparing your own gluten-free bread.
Lev'Quinoa is also used for other yeast doughs.

Use

This leaven is used as well with the corn flour from rice , quinoa, buckwheat or chestnut.

Council to prepare your organic bread without gluten:
500 g gluten free flour + 25 g + 10 g Lev'Quinoa Salt + 450-500 ml of warm water.
  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl with a wooden spoon to make a soft but not sticky dough.
  2. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan and let rise in a 1:30 damp cloth (at a temperature of 22 ° C).

Excellent produit pour faire son pain sans gluten. Même si c'est un peu plus cher, je vous recommande d'y ajouter le Mix'Gom pour avoir une pâte bien aérée, le résultat sera encore meilleur.
