This fund containing ingredients from organic farming is a natural preparation that will integrate very well your soups, sauces and who will report your dishes.

This scent will complement ideally all types of fish, mussels, Saint-Jacques and crustaceans.

Indication

Nutritional values ​​for 100g of dehydrated preparation:
  • Protein: 7.5g
  • Fat: 0.29 g
  • Carbohydrates: 65,1g
  • Caloric value: 293 K Cal
  • Energy: 1246 KJ

Use

Dosage: 1 tablespoon domed coffee to 100ml of fluid (preparation 30g for 1 liter of water).
Dissolve the dehydrated preparation in the required amount of water, then bring to a boil a few minutes, stirring constantly.
  • Frying pan: after cooking, deglaze by stirring 1 tablespoon aroma with 100ml of water or white wine. Embellish as you please with cream and fresh herbs.
  • Oven: dilute the liquid with the aroma of your choice (water, wine, ...) then pour over fish. Bake on low heat. For curl, just sprinkle your fish with the aroma and bake.
  • Sauces: boil 200 ml of water or white wine, dilute it 1 teaspoon of stock, bond with the roux or cornstarch and cook 3 min. Decorate with fresh cream and lemon juice.
