- traditional Method: to be tasted in small cups of 30 ml.

1st infusion: to make infuse during 2 minutes 3 coffee spoons (6 G) of Gyokuro tea in 100 ml of water heated into 50°C.

2nd and 3rd infusion: to re-use the same sheets of tea as previously and to let them infuse during 45 minutes in 100 ml of water heated into 60°C.
- standard Method Sencha: to be tasted in small cups of 100 ml.

1st infusion: to make infuse during 40 minutes 4 coffee spoons (8 G) of Gyokuro tea in 400 ml of water heated into 80°C.

2nd and 3rd infusion: to re-use the same sheets of tea as previously and to let them infuse during 10 minutes in 400 ml of water heated into 80°C.
