The scent that accompanies many religious ceremonies since ancient times comes from a tree that is found all around the Red Sea. The trunk is incised to collect resin that serves traditional fumigation but that we can also be distilled to obtain an essential oil. The frankincense essential oil consists of monoterpenes, sesquiterpenes and monoterpenols.

In Indian symbolism, frankincense is related to the seventh chakra, or crown chakra.

Use

Pass the ball applicator on the insides of the wrists, rub the wrists against each other, carry them up nostrils and breathe deeply several times and thus expressed aroma. Later, you can apply it to other entry points: hollows of elbows, solar plexus, neck and neck, soles.
