Elemi: meditative and unifying essential oil
This tree is part of the burseraceae family, where we find frankincense, myrrh ... The essential oil of Elemi Bioflore comes to us from the Philippines. It is composed of a significant amount of monoterpenes, limonene in the lead, a little less sesquiterpenes, sesquiterpenols, and various but more discreet monoterpenols.

Properties
Elemi essential oil:
- Is digestive, it stimulates all the secretions linked to this function. It is recommended in cases of dyspepsia, spasmodic enterocolitis, diarrhea, amebiasis.
- Exerts an antiseptic and balsamic action on the respiratory system.
- Is healing: it can be applied to the skin for its restorative properties (ulcers, wounds, etc.).
- Energetic, it corrects posture, softening the spine and soothing stiffness and blockages felt in the neck.
- On the emotional level, it "unifies", bringing a feeling of inner peace and total mental clarity. Beyond that, it can be used to promote meditation and, even further, visualization.
Use
Use elemi essential oil as a perfume (discreet anointing), in the bath, in your dose of shower gel, in light diffusion. We will appreciate its characteristic aroma of an oleoresin but the limonene brings a very original fruity color.
