Posology

  • External way: for the affections of the nervous system, 3 to 4 drops of essential bergamot oil on the arch of the foot, the inner face of the wrists, on the solar plexus or on both sides of the spinal column.
  • Intern sees: consult your doctor.

Tips

   A deodorizer whose perfume will go up the moral one or will calm a small family tension: To mix 1 drop of ’ essential oil of bergamot, 2 drops of essential oil of true lavender and 2 drops of essential grapefruit oil.
   A natural perfume: 3 drops of ’ essential oil of bergamot, 1 drop of ’ essential oil of ’ incense, 1 drop of ’ essential oil of sandal, 2 drops of ’ essential oil of tangerine and 100 drops of ’ vegetable oil of jojoba.

Special precautions

  • To hold out of reach young children.
  • This product cannot replace a balanced food mode.
  • Not to exceed the advised amount.
  • Except informed verdict, not to use during the pregnancy, breast feeding and for the children of less than 3 years.
  • To preserve safe from any source of heat and of light.
  • Risk of photosensitization. Not to apply before exposure to the sun.

J'adore cette odeur en diffusion, fraîche acidulée sucrée et très douce. Je le mélange au Ylang Ylang en diffusion ou à de l'huile d'amande douce ou de noisette pour le massage.

Une de mes amies souffre d'un cancer et des conséquences de son traitement.
Depuis qu'elle met, tous les soirs, 2 gouttes d'huile essentielle de bergamote sur son oreiller, elle dort mieux (2 heures de plus chaque nuit), est moins nerveuse et ne souffre plus de nausées.
Une excellente huile essentielle donc, merci pour mon amie !
