Toning and anti-infectives

Tips

To fight a cold, you can mix 1 ml of essential oil of balsam fir, 2 ml of essential oil of Melaleuca , 3 ml of essential oil of ravintsara , 2 ml of essential oil of thyme satureoides and 2 ml essential oil of peppermint and rub the chest 3-4 times a day with 6-8 drops of the mixture, or drop 3 drops of the mixture on a tissue to inhale as needed.

  • not recommended for children under 6
  • not recommended in the first 3 months of pregnancy
  • skin irritation possible for the pure state
