Balsam fir: the real Christmas tree


Balsam fir is the species most northerly of all the representatives of the family of Abietaceae. It is characterized by high resistance to cold. The essential oil of balsam fir Bioflore contains many monoterpenes (pinene not only but also a high percentage of limonene) and esters.
