Chamomile essential oil, sedative and soothing


The noble chamomile, also called Roman chamomile, provides an exceptional essential oil for cutaneous irritations and nervous traumas.

Indication

  • digestive disorders (nausea, vomiting)
  • stress, insomnia

Dosage

  • External: 2 drops of essential oil of chamomile + 2 drops of vegetable oil of hazelnut on the solar plexus or on both sides of the spine, 2 times a day for nervous disorders, or directly on the skin condition.
  • Internal: consult your doctor.

Trick

  • In case of stress or emotional shock, 3 drops of noble chamomile essential oil on the solar plexus will remove the nervous disorder.
  • For asthma of nervous origin (A. Bitsas): to associate equal parts of the essential oil of chamomile noble, the essential oil of small grain bigarade , and the essential oil of tarragon. Friction this mixture alternately on the solar plexus and on both sides of the spine.
  • A drop of noble chamomile essential oil in your day cream will alleviate all irritations of very sensitive skin.
