This pack combines two complementary food supplements: red rice yeast and Ortho Q10H2.
The red rice yeast:
Red yeast rice has been present in the Chinese pharmacopoeia since the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), it was called "long life rice". The active ingredient of rice yeast is monacolin K.
In Asia, red yeast rice is primarily a food product, it is used as a colorant or as a flavor enhancer in various food preparations such as sauces, fish mousses, rice wine, red tofu, pickled vegetables, salted meats, etc.
Ortho Q10H2:
Ortho Q10H2 is an anti-aging food supplement source of ubiquinol, the unoxidized form of coenzyme Q10.

Take 1 capsule of red rice yeast and 1 capsule of Ortho Q10H2 each day.
Composition
For 1 capsule of red yeast rice : 600mg of yeast red rice * (Monascus purpureus) containing 9mg lovastatin (monacholine K). Anti-caking agent: colloidal silica, dehydrated wheat syrup *. Vegetable capsule: hypromellose.
