Usnea barbata (Usnea barbata) is a genus of lichen that grows all over the world, usually on the branches and trunks of other trees. Usnea barbue is sometimes also called “Beard of Saint Anthony” or “Beard of Jupiter”. This medicinal plant is traditionally used as an immune tonic and to fight against ailments of the respiratory system.
