The curcuma is a very popular plant of Asia.We use it in the food industry and also in the therapeutic industry and it is very much used in the Ayurvedic medicine. The anti-inflammatory action of the curcuma make it an ally of the well-being of the joints. The curcuma contains curcumin which is a powerful antioxidant.
