Dosage

  • External: 3 drops of thyme essential oil savory leaves + 5 drops of vegetable oil of hazelnut , 3 times a day on the chest or painful areas.
  • Internal: consult your doctor.

Trick

2 drops of thyme essential oil with savory leaves, 2 drops of essential oil of wintergreen or fragrant and 10 drops of vegetable oil of hazelnut for a massage of painful arthritic and rheumatic areas.
