It is found in large quantities in cell membranes and bile which dissolves fats.

Indication

Guaranteed GMO-free soy lecithin extract.

Use

Mix 1 to 3 tablespoons of Soyatica phosphatidylcholine per day in your food (soup, dairy ...).

Composition

Phosphatidylcholine, silica (anti-caking agent).
This product may contain traces of soy.

Per 3 tablespoons (45 g): 44.78 g of phosphatidylcholine.
