Konjac contains glucomannan which promotes weight loss as part of a low calorie diet.

Konjac: to trap fat

Konjac contains a soluble fiber called glucomannan. In the presence of a liquid, this fiber forms a gel which traps the fats and sugars brought into the body by the food bolus. The beneficial effect of Konjac is obtained by the daily consumption of 3 g of glucomannan in 3 doses of 1 g each (that is to say 6 capsules of Konjac per day).

Use

Take 2 Konjac capsules before each of the 3 main meals, with 1 to 2 glasses of water and as part of a low-calorie diet.

Indication

For 6 capsules :

Konjac powder: 3570 mg

of which glucomannan: 3000mg.

Composition

Konjac extract (Amorphophallus konjac); capsule of vegetable origin.

Special precautions

Risk of suffocation in case of difficulty in swallowing or in case of ingestion with an inadequate fluid. It is advisable to consume this product with plenty of water to ensure the ingestion of the substance up to the stomach.
