Boutique Nature's organic Gymnéma acts on the taste buds by temporarily suppressing the sweet taste for 1 to 2 hours. It therefore facilitates weight loss diets or simply reduces small cravings during the day. It is gymnemic acid, the main active ingredient in gymnema, which acts by maintaining normal blood sugar levels (blood sugar levels) in the body.

Indication

Four capsules (recommended daily dose) provide you with 1200 mg of Gymnema extract.

Use

Take 4 Gymnema capsules per day with a large glass of water.
