Rosemary has many phytotherapeutic virtues, but it is also a condiment herb, and honey: rosemary honey is renowned for its finesse. Rosemary verbenone essential oil is a hepatic stimulant and drainer.
Trick
Cure of 3 weeks to stimulate the emunctories : 2 drops of essential oil of rosemary with verbenone on 1/4 of a piece of cane sugar to be sucked every morning. To do in March and September.
Use
- External route:
- for nervous type disorders: 3 drops of rosemary verbenone essential oil + 2 drops of hazelnut vegetable oil on the solar plexus or the inner face of the wrists, or the arch of the foot (to be renewed if necessary).
- for ENT disorders: 3 drops of rosemary essential oil with verbenone directly on the affected area, 3 times a day.
- Internal use: 2 drops, 3 times a day on a neutral support (honey, cane sugar, vegetable oil).
