Use
- To breathe: 3 to 5 minutes to be repeated several times a day as needed.
- In diffusion: in the atmosphere with an essential oil diffuser (sessions of 10 to 20 minutes per half-day).
- In massage, to be diluted up to 5% in organic vegetable oil or in neutral base type massage oil.
- In the bath: diluted beforehand in a neutral bath base (5 to 10 drops of essential oil for a cap of neutral base for the bath).
- Internally: 1 drop diluted in 15 drops of Solubol then complete with a drink, or 1 to 2 drops in a fat to combine it with a culinary dish.
