The different roles of Regenum® in the body

• On bone structure and joint comfort: promotes the assimilation and normal use of calcium and phosphorus by vitamin D; helps maintain normal bones with the help of calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese and vitamin D. Helps in comfort and joint well-being with turmeric. Contributes to the formation of collagen to ensure the normal function of cartilage and bones by vitamin C

• On the maintenance of supporting tissues: contributes to the normal synthesis of amino acids with vitamin B9, sulfur amino acids with molybdenum, protein metabolism with vitamin B6. Participates in the normal formation of connective tissues by manganese and their maintenance by copper

• Protects cells from oxidative stress thanks to zinc, manganese, copper, selenium and vitamins B2, C and E

Regenum® is taken during the morning and / or midday meal.

Maintenance dose : 3 tablets per day.
Intensive dose : 6 tablets per day, in 2 doses.

Regenum® is recommended from the onset of the first joint stiffness or alterations of the integuments. It is important not to interrupt the shots.
