Pure Q10 is a food supplement which combines coenzyme Q10 (100 mg per capsule) with a vitamin complex (B1, B2, B6, C and D) which allows to act in a targeted and complete way on the cardiac, psychic, nervous spheres. , muscular, immune ... and also offers a particularly powerful anti-aging & anti-fatigue action.

Virtues

  • Brain : vitamins B1, B6 and C help in good mental function. Vitamins B1, B2 and C contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system. Vitamins B1, B2 and B6 contribute to good energy metabolism. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen, for the proper functioning of blood vessels.
  • Muscles : Vitamin D helps maintain good muscle function. Vitamin B2 contributes to the maintenance of normal red blood cells and aids in the proper metabolism of iron. Vitamin C increases the absorption of iron. Iron participates in the proper formation of red blood cells and hemoglobin and contributes to the good transport of oxygen in the body, in particular to the muscles, which allows better muscle work (performance, recovery, etc.). Use

Take 1 to 2 capsules per day with a glass of water.
Since Q10 is liposoluble, its microencapsulation with lipid base maximizes its assimilation and bioavailability.

Indication

The maximum recommended daily dose (2 capsules) provides :
- Co Q10: 200 mg,
- dry extract of coconut milk: 200 mg - vitamin C: 24 mg (30% AJR),
- vitamin B6: 0.42 mg (30% RDA),
- vitamin B2: 0.42 mg (30% RDA),
- vitamin B1: 0.34 mg (30% RDA)
- vitamin D: 1.5 µg (30% RDA).
 * AJR = Recommended Daily Allowance.

Composition

Coenzyme Q10, lipid base: dry extract of coconut milk (coconut nucifera), vitamins C, B6, B2, B1, D, vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. Anti-caking agent: magnesium salt of fatty acids. Filler: microcrystalline cellulose.

No artificial colors or preservatives.

  • Store away from heat in a clean, dry place.
  • Not recommended for people on anticoagulant treatment with antivitamin K.
