Pré/Probiotiques:12 souches, c’est le top ! 75 milliards de bactéries qui deviennent 1000 milliards, je ne pense pas qu'il y ait mieux sur le marché. Une bonne flore intestinale permet de renforcer son immunité.Veiller à son microbiote est primordial car si les intestins (le second cerveau !) ne fonctionnent pas bien on ne profitera pas des bienfaits des aliments et des troubles en tous genres peuvent survenir.
