Valerian maintains the quality of natural sleep throughout the night.

peppermint promotes the digestive functions for a rested body, ready to fall asleep.
Bach flowers help rebalance emotional disturbances and deep blockages.

Indication

The Night Peace infusion contains the following Bach flowers :
- Impatiens (Impatiens)
- Clematis (Clematis)
- Plum tree (Cherry plum)
- Star of Bethlehem (Star of Bethlehem)
- White chestnut

use

Pour the simmering water into a cup and let infuse your sachet for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the plants to fully release their virtues.

Nightly infusion is consumed throughout the day, punctually or in a 28-day cure, several times a year.
You can drink up to 3 cups a day.
