This complementary duo is your gourmet ally in the evening to relax and prepare you for a good night's sleep.

Highly flavored, the Sleep infusion combines plants such as lime and orange that promote relaxation. All you have to do is add a teaspoon of Good Night honey enriched with soothing essential oils (sweet orange, green tangerine, lavender, small grain bigarade and lemon beds). A real zen delight for the evening!

Use

Sleep Infusion : pour boiling water over the sachet and let infuse for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink 1 to 3 cups per day, to be taken at the end of a meal or in the evening.
Good Night Honey : dilute 1 teaspoon in your relaxing herbal tea. In order to preserve the benefits of honey as much as possible, add it once the herbal tea has been infused.

Composition

Good Night Honey : organic acacia honey (98.79%), organic essential oils: sweet orange zest (0.5%), tangerine zest (0.5%), bigarade petit grain (0.07%), bedded lemon (0.07%), lavender (0.0.7%). Blend of honeys originating in the EU.
Sleep infusion : bitter orange leaf * (40%), silver lime blossom * (40%), lemongrass * (6%), sweet orange peel * (5%), cinnamon peel * (5%), natural orange flavors * and lemon * (4%).
