GEM-NOCTE promotes falling asleep and increases the quality of your sleep thanks to the buds of lime blossom, which has calming and draining properties. The fig tree bud acts in depth on the nervous system. Also interesting in hyperactive children.

Dosage

Adults: the recommended daily dose is 5 to 15 drops per day, before bedtime.

To be consumed pure or diluted in spring water.

Composition

Vegetable glycerin *, alcohol * (35%), water; buds of fig * ( Ficus carica ), lime * ( Tilia tomentosa ) and hawthorn * ( Crataegus laevigata ).
