Indication

Part of the plant used: flowering part
Origin: France
Active ingredients: sesquiterpene lactones, flavonoids

Posology

20 to 25 drops diluted in a beverage, 3 times per day (3.8 to 3 ml per day) for 3 weeks.Maximum daily dose: 75 drops, 3.5 g of extract which corresponds on average to 1763 mg of fresh flowering aerial parts of yarrow.

Hydro-alcoholic extract of Achillea millefolium (*)

Alcohol: 63,10% Vol.

Je le teste sur une longue période afin de soulager les douleurs d endometriose. On verra bien dans quelques mois.

J'utilise l'achillée millefeuille pour combattre l'endométriose. Les douleurs sont fortement réduites, j'attends un peu avant de refaire une écho pour voir l'évolution des kystes.
