Posology

20-25 drops diluted in a beverage, 3 times by day (ie 3 to 3.8 ml per day) for 3 weeks.Maximum daily dose: 75 drops, 3.5 g of extract which corresponds on average to 1915 mg of fresh leaves of witch hazel.

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

J'en prends en complément de l'alchémille (mais en quantité moindre) par rapport à mon problème de cycles irréguliers et de règles hémorragiques, et ça a nettement résolu mes soucis. Très bien aussi pour traiter ma couperose familiale et héréditaire : ça limite les dégâts, l'empêche de trop s'étendre (sans la faire disparaître puisqu'elle est installée), c'est appréciable.

D'après mon angiologue,c'est fabuleux pour les troubles de la circulation du sang! Pour moi,après avoir essayé des médicaments divers qui donnaient peu de résultats,cette teinture mère d'hammamélis donne des résultats extraordinaires...bien sûr ,après plusieurs semaines de traitements....mais quels résultats surprenants!!!
