  • Active ingredients: acid valerenic

Posology

40 to 50 drops diluted in a beverage, 3 times daily or 100 drops the evening (6 to 7.5 ml per day) for 3 weeks.Maximum daily dose: 150 drops, 6.8 g of extract, which corresponds on average to 786 mg of valerian roots.

Alcohol-Valeriana officinalis extract (*)(*) Ingredients from organic farming.Alcohol: 69,70% Vol.
