St. John's Wort (extract from fresh plant bio) Ladrôme has a positive effect on mood and morale, and promote quality sleep.

Indication

  • Part of the plant used: flowering top
  • Origin: France
  • Active ingredients: hypericin

Posology

20 to 25 drops diluted in a beverage, 3 times per day (3.8 to 3 ml per day) for 3 maximum daily semaines.Dose: 75 drops, 3.4 g of extract which corresponds, on average, 1766 mg of fresh flowering tops of St. John's wort.

  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
  • A dietary supplement can not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy mode.

  • Not recommended for children under 6 years.

très efficace contre la dépression.

je l'ai utilisée avec succès. Un arrêt progressif m'a été nécessaire et aujourd'hui je me sens bien sans avoir pris de traitement à effets secondaires. J'ai toutefois eu recours à une psychothérapie, au yoga et à la méditation (initiation) et de nombreuses lectures m'ont aidées.
