Ernst Richter's Tisane for active circulation


This excellent herbal tea contains a combination of plants that affect traffic for lighter legs.

Use

Infuse a tea bag in a cup of boiling water for 3 to 4 minutes.
Cool to room temperature and drink the tea in small sips.

Composition

Fennel, mint green, hawthorn, peppermint, lemon balm, licorice root, rosemary.

Special precautions

Store in a dry place at room temperature.
