Meadowsweet is a beneficial aromatic plant for the joints. The dried plant can be used as an infusion or maceration.

Melliferous herbaceous plant with small white flowers, Meadowsweet is used in herbal medicine for its anti-rheumatic properties as well as to activate the body's natural elimination.
Meadowsweet contains salicylic acid and is used to make the famous "aspirin" molecule.

Use
- Infusion : infuse 3 to 5 g of Meadowsweet in 1/2 liter of water for about 10 minutes.
- Maceration (external use): put 5 to 8 g of plants in 1/2 liter of water and keep at the boil for 15 minutes. Leave to stand for 4 to 5 hours in the same water then filter.
