Use

Ritual welfare:
Carefully pour the simmering source of water in a cup and let steep the bag 3-5 minutes for a tasty and beneficial drink. This tea is consumed hot at any time of the day.

Using advice :
It is advisable to consume two daily infusions spaced main meal.
