The Happiness tea decreases Vata, is neutral on Pitta and Kapha.

Use

Pour 250 ml of boiling water over the bag and let steep 5-6 minutes or longer for a stronger flavor.

Cinnamon * (17%), ginger *, fennel *, anise *, liquorice *, cardamom *, hops * (3%), orange peel * (3%), basil *, orange extract, black pepper * , lavender *, fenugreek *, yarrow *, cloves *, cinnamon extract.
