Conseillé par une naturopathe, pour ma part j'ai senti une amélioration mais pas de suite, par contre je me sens beaucoup moins fatiguée, moins de mal à sortir du lit le matin ! une meilleure énergie en général. C'est un produit que je recommande et naturel en plus !
