Bio Help'Sinus complex helps decrease inflammation of the sinuses.

Properties

  • European black alder (alnus glutinosa): this is an anti-inflammatory especially suitable for mucosal ENT.
  • Charm (carpinus betulus): its antispasmodic properties provide a beneficial effect on the sinus mucosa, it helps to "mettoyer" and decongest the nose.

Dosage

Generally take 10 to 15 drops in a glass of water, 15 minutes before the meal.
Once daily for 21 days.

Trick

A 30 ml bottle allows for a cure of about a month, with 10 to 15 drops per day.
