With blackcurrant buds, birch and beech, the complex Bio Help'Pollen is a true allergy-focused, especially respiratory.

Dosage

Generally take 10 to 15 drops in a glass of water, 15 minutes before the meal.
Once daily for 21 days.

Trick

A 30 ml bottle allows for a cure of about a month, with 10 to 15 drops per day.
