Gemmo 'Sleep: to sleep well
The complex Gemmo 'Sleep Ladrôme contains young shoots of hawthorn leaves and buds of hazelnut, pear and lime. This mixture allows you to relax and spend better nights.


Indication

All the buds and young shoots used by Ladrôme in its Gemmo complexes are grown and harvested in France. The products are then developed in his laboratory in Die, Drome. All this in the respect of the French Pharmacopoeia.The development of macerated glycerine concentrated rather than glycerine macerates 1D (the extract is diluted 10 times) has various advantages:
  • The alcohol ingested when taking extracts is 10 times smaller.
  • The assay is limited to 5 drops, which enables both ease of use and a period of 21 days vial.

Properties

The young shoots of hawthorn leaves and lime buds promote relaxation and help maintain a natural sleep.

Posology

5 drops diluted in a glass of water, 2-3 times a day between meals, for 3 weeks.For best results: to be renewed 2 times, respecting a one week break.You can also prepare your "Gemmo drink" daily: 10 to 15 drops in a small bottle of water to take with you anywhere.

Macerated alcohol-glycerine young shoots of hawthorn leaves * (Crataegus monogyna), hazel buds * (Coryllus avellana) * fig (Ficus carica) and * lime (Tilia tomentosa).

je vois un réel progrès sur mon sommeil, j'ai tatonné pour les prises et je prends 15 gouttes avant d'aller au lit et je dors à peu près bien (c'est le seul produit qui me fait un peu d'effet hormis les somnifères que je refuse de prendre). mais la je suis dans la semaine de pause et les insomnies reviennent ! dommage ....
