- Adult: Take 5 to 15 drops per day (or 0.75 ml) before meals, diluted in water.

For 15 drops of product : linden bud macerate * (filia tomentosa) 225 mg, fig tree macerate * (ficus carica) 225 mg, apple bud macerate * (malus sylvestris) 187 mg, rose flower hydrosol * (rosa damascena) 37.5 mg, orange blossom hydrosol * (citrus aurantium) 37.5 mg, valerian fluid extract * (valeriana officinalis) 37.5 mg.
