Heather is a foliage plant that colonizes both acidic soils, wet, porous than dry. Its action supports the urogenital system. It also promotes digestion, helpful in preserving the joints. Heather supports the defense system.

Posology

In general, dosage is as follows:
  • Adults: 5-15 drops per day (Start with 5 drops at increasing one drop each day until the desired effect).
  • Children from 3 years: 1 drop a day per year of age (For example, a 4 year old will take 4 drops a day).
For best results, it is recommended to take the drops without food, directly on the tongue and keep a few seconds in the mouth before swallowing. One can also dilute the drops in a little honey or a little water.In cure, three weeks of daily intake, then a week off for 3 months.In interview, one week a month.
