Posology
Take 10 to 15 drops in a small glass in, 15 minutes before meals.

Si je me suis servie de certaines fleurs de bach (qui se révèlent efficaces dans mon cas) je ne les ai pas toutes utilisées, c'est trop récent. A voir à l'usage. Mais l'idée première est plutôt positive.
