This vitamin D3 comes from boreal lichen. It is thus compatible with vegan and vegetarian diets.

Vitamin D:

Dosage

Shake the bottle before use.
Take 1 drop per day on a food support, or directly in the mouth, for 1 month to renew.

Composition

Ingredients for 1 drop: virgin rapeseed oil, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) from boreal lichen.
1 drop gives you 10 µg / 400 IU * (200% RDA **) of vitamin D3.
