Liquid Vitamin E: Antioxidant


Solgar Vitamin E (Liquid Vitamin E) is in liquid form. This 100% natural vitamin E is formulated from non-genetically modified soybean (100 IU per 5 drops).

Virtues

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps protect cells against oxidative damage. Natural vitamin E is 2-3 times more effective than the synthetic form. Natural vitamin E is characterized by the definition of d-alpha-tocopherol (dl-alpha-tocopherol is synthetic).

Dosage

As a dietary supplement for adults, one drop per day to be swallowed preferably with meals, or on the recommendation of a therapist.

Vitamin E (natural d-alpha-tocopherol) (150 IU) 101 mg (839% RDA *)
Excipients (safflower oil, sunflower oil)

Ce produit est un complément à avaler.
Il vaut mieux aller sur le site de Solgar pour avoir les bonnes infos: "As a dietary supplement for adults, take 0.5 mL twice daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner."
Tout comme la composition affichée ici qui n'est pas juste (ingrédients pour 1 goutte = 150UI).
ce sont les ingrédients par portion qu'il faut lire... En sachant qu'une portion = 5 gouttes = 150UI (Serving Size: 5 drops)

Bien décrit sur votre site comme antioxydant aux préparations huileuses mais pas sur l'étiquette du produit lui-même, je me suis demandé si je n avais pas fait une erreur lors de la commande, d'habitude il est dit que la vitE liquide est visqueuse et orangée ?
