Naturally occurring, vitamin D3 Be-Life is better metabolized as vitamin D synthesized.

Properties

Vitamin D3 helps

Dosage

1 drop per day to be consumed with a glass of water.

Composition

* Oil Perilla (Perilla frutescens), Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), Antioxidant (D-α-tocopherol). 
 * Organic Agriculture.

1 drop brings you 5 micrograms (= 200 IU) of vitamin D3, or 100% of the recommended daily intake.

J'apprécie beaucoup ce produit que je connais depuis quelques années. 1) pour son rapport qualité/prix 2) le compte-gouttes bien pratique 3) le flacon dans un verre suffisamment épais pour être transporté sans risque de se casser et de couleur brune pour protéger le produit de la lumière.

Bon produit, goût un peu surprenant, posologie un peu faible par rapport aux lectures que j'ai faites sur la vitamine D.
