The food supplement More Solgar Ester-C® has a positive influence on the immune system. It brings you 500 mg of vitamin C per capsule.

Indication

Solgar Approved etailer Ester-C® is a patented method vitamin C neutral pH (not acid) which is not aggressive to the stomach. Metabolites of vitamin C contained in the Ester-C® have a positive impact on the absorption and retention of vitamin C in the cells: vitamin C Ester-C® is absorbed, on average, twice as fast and remains two times longer in the body than the traditional vitamin C.

Virtues

Vitamin C is an important vitamin for our health. It is needed in almost all the body: the heart of the immune system through the skin and energy management.

It is not possible we create vitamin C. We must ensure sufficient ingest via our food as fruit and vegetables, or via a dietary supplement.

Dosage

As a dietary supplement for adults one capsule per day to be swallowed preferably with meals, or on the recommendation of a therapist.

Special precautions

  • Observe the instructions for use and recommended dosage.

  • Patients with renal impairment should not take more than 200 mg of vitamin C per day, because of the risk of hyperoxalémie, among others.
