B vitamin deficiency is common. Each of the B vitamins having its particularities, the B Complex has the great advantage of being complete and ensuring a perfectly balanced supply of B vitamins (B3, B5, B6, B2, B1, B12, B9 and B8), all enriched by the presence of Choline, Inusitol and Paba. Results ? Maximum efficiency.
