    Ginkgo biloba helps maintain mental well-being, maintaining focus on short-term memory and during times of increased stress. A study has shown that the consumption of 200 mg / day of American ginseng increases cognitive performance by improving working memory.
  4. Basic needs:
    The needs in vitamins and minerals , favorable to the exchanges, are balanced thanks to a controlled contribution and in right dose.

Dosage

2 tablets per day, in the morning with a glass of water, for 20 days.
