Brahmi ( Bacopa Monnieri ) is known to allow greater intellectual liveliness and increased learning capacity. At the time when Ayurveda was transmitted orally, this plant stimulated the memorization of an impressive quantity of written texts. The Indians call it "plant of wisdom" and consider it a precious ally for practicing Yoga and meditation. According to Ayurveda, Bacopa Monnieri decreases stress, anxiety.

Properties

Very useful during school exams or for small daily lapses which become more frequent with age, Brahmi is traditionally consumed to reduce the aging of intellectual capacities. Considered to promote longevity, it increases the alertness of reflexes and the mind.

Virtues

Ayurvedic indications: rebalances the three doshas but is particularly effective in calming the excitement of the Pitta nervous system.

Indication

Use

Take 4 to 6 capsules of Brahmi per day, for 10 days.

Composition

For 6 capsules: Brahmi * plant extract (Bacopa monnieri) 1800 mg including 20% bacosides 360 mg, Vegetable capsule (hypromellose), Acacia fibers * 300 mg,
 * Product from organic farming certified by Ecocert FR-BIO-01.
