Use

Take 1 capsule daily on an empty stomach.

Composition

For a capsule (recommended daily intake): 40mg UC-II containing 10mg of native type II collagen. Bulking agent: corn starch and pre-gelatinized starch. Stabilizer: potassium chloride. Anti-caking agent: colloidal silica. Capsule: gelatin, E171 (dye).
