Small Antarctic shrimp, Krill is an arthropod from which an oil particularly rich in Omega 3 fatty acids (including EPA and DHA) is extracted. Omega 3 helps fight joint discomfort and certain cardiovascular disorders.
Krill oil also contains astaxanthin which has antioxidant properties against the action of free radicals.
One KRILL Boutique Nature capsule contains 500 mg of Krill oil.
