Konjac: your slimming ally

Konjac is part of the family of Amorphophallus, originally from Vietnam.
Konjac contains a soluble fiber, glucomannan. In the presence of a liquid, it absorbs up to 100 times its volume of water, being a viscous gel that traps fats and sugars. 3 calories per 100 g, glucomannans konjac, consumed as part of a reduced calorie diet, contribute to weight loss (observed effect from 3 g of glucomannan per day spread over 3 shots).

Dosage

3 capsules with a full glass of water 30 minutes before each meal.

Ingredients for 9 capsules: Konjac (konjac) root 3600 mg, 855 mg vegetable tunic.
