Vitamin D promotes normal calcemia (blood calcium concentration) and helps maintain a normal bone structure.

- of which vitamin A: 324 μg ER (40% of NRV *)
- of which vitamin D: 3 μg (54% of NRV *)

use

Take 1 to 2 capsules twice a day, with a large glass of water.
